This website is a clearinghouse of information on the rich History of Career and Technical Education. Many people have contributed countless hours of work towards the development of the site. During the last two years, students enrolled in EOCS 6010 Foundations of Work and Family Life Education at The University of Georgia have written briefs on the various aspects of our professions' history. Those briefs are included here along with links to related events, people and other websites. The site was developed under the supervision of Dr. John W. Schell, Associate Professor, Department of Occupational Studies, College of Education.

Special thanks go to Nancy Robinson, Garner Dewey, Melissa Wilson, and John Scott for their tireless work on this site.
